The growth continues with Ground Force Worldwide after recent TowHaul acquisition, with the announcement of a new partnership with Field Mining Services Group (FMS) out of Australia.

TowHaul and Ground Force Worldwide are delighted to see this new partnership come to fruition. FMS will be the official preferred distributor and service provider for all TowHaul and Ground Force products and services across Australia. Both companies currently have products in the country and look forward to offering increased parts and service levels as well as grow OEM sales.

Ground Force Worldwide is known for its quality manufacturing and diverse range of mine support equipment, offering a single source of proven solutions for surface mining applications and heavy-duty construction. Whether it’s fuel delivery, water distribution, cable handling, road maintenance or material hauling, Ground Force Worldwide has the proven solution.

With the recent addition of TowHaul in 2022, the company now offers an expanded range of TowHaul lowboy trailers and haul truck towing equipment, capable of moving tracked and wheeled machines like dozers, shovels, graders, and excavators.
Ground Force Worldwide/TowHaul President Luke Stavros said the company is eager to expand their presence in Australia with FMS Group as their preferred distributor.

“Partnering with an established mining company was essential for us, and FMS Group’s ability to both sell and service TowHaul and Ground Force products will mean our Australian customers receive the high standard of service we aim for.”

TowHaul and Ground Force Worldwide have products in over 75 countries worldwide with over 70 years of combined experience in the mineral extraction industry.

As a provider of specialist maintenance solutions in the mining and construction industries, FMS Group identified this partnership as a unique opportunity to diversify and offer clients a full suite of mining support equipment. Not only can all TowHaul and Ground Force Worldwide products be ordered through FMS Group, but the growing company will also service and maintain the equipment. The Central Queensland and Western Australia branches of FMS Group – boasting a team of qualified diesel fitters and other tradespeople – are well equipped to cater for the needs of customers thanks to their years of experience.

FMS Group Director Jason Holt said it was a business venture he was excited to embark on. “We are looking forward to growing the brand presence in Australia and building a relationship with new and existing clients,” he said.

“At FMS Group we have the capacity to service all equipment with our team of qualified diesel fitters and tradespeople, so customers will have a local point of contact to purchase these products and spare parts, and have the reassurance of a quick and easy repair and maintenance service on standby.”

Having just signed the contract, the immediate availability of parts in Australia will still be a few months away while we arrange stock, supply levels and warehousing, however all enquiries regarding orders or service of Ground Force and TowHaul products and parts can be directed to Jason Holt at groundforce@fms-group.com.au or towhaul@fms-group.com.au
